*Tickets will be handed out at the front desk of Tokyo Dome Hotel/ ANA Intercontinental Hotel/ The Ritz Carlton Tokyo for weekend package purchased customer.
*WILL CALL will be available for individual purchased tickets customers on saturday July 25th 11:00 am-4:00 pm @ Tokyo Dome Hotel concierge desk. Please present your ID and confirmation #.

RESERVATIONS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
Reservations will be tentatively held for 7 days from day of confirmation, and will not be considered confirmed until your full payment is received. Should the payment not reach Tour Odyssey within the allowed time limit, reservations will be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing to Tour Odyssey by customer and date of receipt of said cancellation will determine what penalties, if any, are to be assessed.

Between June 9, 2009 and July 9, 2009:　30 % of the total price
Between July 10, 2009 and July 16, 2009:　50 % of the total price
After July 17, 2009:　100 % of entire price

Cancellation fee applies once the reservation is confirmed.
